Coaching & Family:
Coach Barnes is entering his 12thseason
as the head cross country coach this fall. He graduated from the University of
Tulsa in 1995 with a degree in art education. Coach Barnes serves as the
distance coach for the Raven Track & Field team. His wife, Ann, is a
Mechanical Engineer for Associate Equipment Sales. They have two children,
Chloe, who is 11 years old, and Brenna, who is 10 years old.
Coaching & Family: Coach
Sales is entering her 7thseason
as a Raven Cross Country assistant coach this fall. She graduated from
the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2001. Coach Sales also serves as the
assistant distance coach for the Raven Track & Field team. Her
husband, Josh, is a Geological Engineer for Kennedy Jenks Consultants. They
have two children, Chloe, who is almost seven, and Miles, who is three.
Coaching & Family: Coach Hershberger is
entering her 1st
season as a cross country coach this fall. She graduated from the University of
Kansas with a degree in Secondary English Education. She is currently engaged
to her fiancé, Kyle, who is a law student at KU. They will be married next
June. She discovered her love of running in college, and has since completed
her first triathlon this past summer.
